Cause they failed big time.The ginger is OK and acceptable looking.The dark red is OK but they could have also added a darker more auburn shade of red.The medium brown is OK and acceptable looking, however, they could have also added a lighter ashy brown similar to dirty blonde hair and another medium brown without those warm golden undertones that the current shade has.The dark brown hair is OK and acceptable looking.
